Have you tried taking the main movie only?

It might be a case of the first English Language discs that can defeat Ripit4Me, as there will be no updates for it (last version 1.7.1.0) you may have to try DvdFAB, but you may also have to wait a week or so for an update if there is a new encyrption on the disc.

Yeah im gonna go with the new encryption on the disc.....and no i havent tryed just the main movie only. I started back in the day with using dvd decrypter and dvd shrink......then moved on to using rip it 4 me dvd decrypter fix vts and then dvd shrink combo now and have had near to perfect sucess making full back ups of movies.....its just that here and there i run into movies like this one that give me some bit of trouble so....as always thank you alsemail for the help.

As above, DvdFAB don't get copies of discs in advance so when something new comes out it can take a week or two to update.

Using DVDFAb HD Decrypter 4, then importing the files into DVD Shrink worked for me earlier today.

Well update on this....i just made a back up of this movie a full back up. Everything seems kosher except that if i hit the menu button right after i put it in the dvd player it freezes and locks up and it wont do anything untill i turn the power off and turn it back on......how ever if i just let it go wait like 10-20 seconds and then hit the menu button its all good. So i was just wondering if anyone here can tell me any reasons why it is doing this as i have made back ups of other movies before and i did this mentioed above and it has run fine.

I have successfully copied this movie. I used DVDFab HD Decrypter, then DVD Shrink, then DVD Decrypter. I have watched the movie since it was copied.

I'm attempting this one with DVDFab HD, but it keeps crashing before fully loading the disk, just like RipIt4Me did.

Any other ideas?

Hi all,

Did a back up of Rush Hour 3 the day after i brought it and had no problems with it at all. I use DVD Fab Platinum and it works just fin on play back. It's an all in one program so i don't need to bounce around to other programs to make it work. Took about 25-30 min to do the whould job.
