Where can I find translations for DVD Shrink? For example: Brazilian Portuguese.

You can't because there are none and most likey won't be since development has stopped in 2005. Before I did the official German translation there was a hacked one available. Maybe you can find someone to do this for you but honestly, the program is pretty much self-explaining so even somone not speaking English should do just fine.
